Oven Baked Ranch Pork Chops

Oven baked thin pork chops seasoned with ranch seasoning! These are definitely packed with flavor. If you are not a fan of pork chops, you could use chicken for this recipe. I love pork chops, especially the thin “breakfast” chops. They are called “breakfast” chops since they can be used for a breakfast meal such as pork chop and eggs. Pork chops are good fried, oven baked or smothered. You cant go wrong with a good pork chop. For the ranch flavor, I used 2 packs of the ranch seasoning. If you want extra ranch flavor, I would recommend using 2 1/2 packs. You can use the 1/2 pack to dust extra seasoning on top.

The pork chops also has additional seasoning, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp of cajun seasoning and 1 tsp parsley.

Season the pork with the seasoning mixture. Make sure each pork chop is coated evenly with the seasoning.
